London Hilton On Park Lane Hotel

The luxurious amenities provided by this hotel were absolutely worth the price paid! From the amazing spa treatments to the world, class restaurants, everything was amazing. the room was equipped with all the modern amenities and was beautifully and comfortably decorated using high, quality materials. the bar was a great place to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing with some of the best views of the city that I've ever seen.

The hotel staff was not as helpful as I would have hoped. There was only one minor issue when we asked for some room service and had to wait a little longer than expected, but it was not a big deal.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with easy access to the nearest tube station and within walking distance to all the lovely restaurants. The room was clean and spacious, with all the necessary facilities such as a kettle and air conditioning. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The location is perfect, close to major tourist attractions like Oxford Street, Big Ben, and Buckingham Palace. The staff, especially those at the front office and doorman, were great. The girl at the reception was excellent, offering us a glass of prosecco and upgrading our room to a suite. Breakfast was the best I have ever had.

During my recent stay at Hilton, I experienced really good customer service. The staff were really good too ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the city. I had a wonderful stay at Hilton and would highly recommend it to others.

My room was clean, spacious and had a comfortable bed. Although I requested a lower-level room due to knee problems, I was put on the 9th floor but staff were helpful. Overall I had a great stay at Hilton.

I booked a great rate and stayed for 5 nights. The staff, especially Noemi and Natalie, were extremely helpful. The view from the room was lovely, and the bed was very comfortable. The rooms were elegant and spacious, unlike other London properties. We enjoyed little touches like the fruit plate and dessert, turn down service, and the fabulous breakfast at Podium restaurant. we loved our stay at this landmark hotel.

We had a fantastic stay right next to Hyde Park. The suite we stayed in was spacious, clean, and elegantly furnished. The lounge in the executive room was a definite highlight, with unlimited drinks and a variety of food options. The staff provided a high level of service, including a late check-out and turn-down service. The location was ideal, with easy access to the center of London and great links to anywhere in the city. The hotel also had a beautiful reception area and amenities like The Podium restaurant.

There was one disappointing element - the hotel's response to a lost item in the room.

Staff helpful, especially Mr. Jade, surprised us with champagne. Top floor bar has great cocktails and friendly staff. Bathroom well-equipped with ample space and lighting. Bar and cafe good, room average. Afternoon tea tasty, service excellent. Lift system odd, long waits for empty lifts.

Some maintenance issues in the room, such as non-working lights. Noisy atmosphere in the hotel with loud guests and lack of action taken by the management.

This hotel had the best location near everything. We could easily walk to London Eye and many other attractions. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

The staff, genuinely sweet, diverse, and cute. Perfect location, everything within a 10-minute distance. Lovely touches, complimentary breakfast, Prosecco, and hot towels upon arrival. Clean and comfortable rooms with superb bathroom facilities. Wonderful wining and dining experience with really good food and drinks. Good and attentive staff in the restaurant and cocktail bar. Excellent and enjoyable stay overall.
